I went here for me and my boyfriend’s 2nd anniversary and it was the most perfect getaway that we wanted! For a tiny home, they made the space feel bigger than it was. They put so many details from the card with champagne to the Christmas lights. It was so peaceful with a beautiful scenery, and the stores in town and restaurant she recommended were great! We wouldn’t have been able to find it if it weren’t for her super clear instructions how’s to get there! She is also very quick with her responses for any questions. Every moment was so special, highly recommend staying here!

We loved everything about our stay!! We really needed this last minute getaway and Emily was very accommodating! The place is beautiful just like in the photos everything was so clean and comfortable and there were a bunch of goodies and chocolates everywhere! The hot tub was amazing so fresh and clean . We got to watch sunrise each morning the views where breathtaking!! Emily and gabe responded quickly to anything we needed and we also got to meet their dad on our way out and had a nice chat with him about the properties and everything they do, he was super nice! We can’t wait to be back and check out the other properties!! ❤️❤️❤️
If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place! From the comfortable bed to beautiful views, Scenic Orchard is one of a kind. Emily goes out of her way to make sure you feel right at home. I can’t recommend this place enough.
We stayed here right after our wedding to get away for just us time and peace and quiet. Was the perfect minimoon for us. You can also tell Emily and Gabe care for their guests with the amount of detail that went into this place. Not only with decorations but detail on the interior like the comfortable mattress, heated floors and toilet seat. The views in the morning with the wildlife was also incredible, we found ourselves just laying in bed watching the deer and turkey. The hot tub was also super relaxing. If you’re thinking about booking this place just do it, you won’t regret it.
Beautiful views and peaceful location. Lots of amenities, hot tub and fireplace are incredible. Close enough to restaurants and coffee but it’s a place you don’t really want to leave. Loved it!
Our stay was amazing! What a beautiful place to relax and unwind from the craziness of the world. We enjoyed all of the amenities, and the Airbnb was incredibly comfortable. Highlights were the hot tub, outdoor projector, fire pit, robes, and cozy bed. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.

A small family business Our Story: A Syracuse University Alum (Emily) with a passion for travel and a Serial Entrepreneur who had his own business before the age of eleven (Gabriel) teamed up together to create unique, one of a kind tiny houses which they use for Short Term Rentals. Now, not only siblings but business partners, thanks to their highly influential Dad who instilled the entrepreneurial spirit in both Emily (24) and Gabe (26). Though, this isn't the first time they have all worked together - previously they created USA made products and sold them on Amazon. This is only a short sliver of their long journey of how they all got to where they are now!
