Excellent place for a little R&R. Every detail was thought of and felt as if we were in a lux hotel, but in a remote scenic woodland setting. Utica had great restaurants to offer and excellent hiking trails through the falls. Great getaway to recharge. Thank you Emily for hosting and sharing this special place!

What an amazing stay! Just like the pictures! Comfortable from the initial walk-in to the last day of the stay. Everything was very clean and fresh. The welcome goodies were a great touch. We enjoyed the scenic views, privacy and the hot-tub and sauna were just what we needed! Instructions for use were simple to follow. A perfect way to recharge and relax from the busy day to day. My husband and I honeymooned at an all inclusive resort on an island… and this was better. Every detail was paid close attention to. The amenities were above and beyond. This tiny home was an amazing way to disconnect and recharge after the busy holidays. Peaceful, clean, calming, luxurious experience!

The tiny home was secluded, private, picturesque, and included some great amenities; exactly what we were looking for for an unplugged vacation. It sits on 60 acres and backs up to some wooded areas that makes for some nice walking/hiking, then you can come back and warm up by the fire and/or hot tub.

Our stay at Emily and Gabe’s was incredible! The house is beautifully designed and decorated. The amenities that were provided were like no other Airbnb we have ever stayed at. The location was extremely private and so peaceful. The perfect getaway location to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and my birthday. It’s obvious that they put serious thought into designing the home and making sure it’s a memorable experience. We will absolutely be back.

Hickory Outlook was a beautiful space and offered the exact peace and quiet we were looking for. Everything was extremely clean, the finishes are all high-end, and it had a very nice selection of amenities including much appreciated small touches of chocolate, champagne, and chocolate lava cakes. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay here and were even able to make a full turkey dinner. Emily and Gabriel provided clear instructions and were very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this place!

My wife and I had an amazing 2 night stay here to celebrate her birthday. The place felt very private and photos didn’t even do it justice! Fully took advantage of the sauna, hot tub and kitchen and greatly appreciated the special touches of luxury throughout the home. For being a tiny home this felt anything but that. Designed so beautifully with great functionality. We hope to be back again!

I took my wife here on our 7th wedding anniversary for a romantic getaway. We loved everything about our stay! We were hoping for relaxation and reconnection, and Emily's place provided both. Emily was quick to respond to any questions we had, including bringing us a last-minute can opener one night. The location and the tiny house were gorgeous, and all the small details were well thought out and much appreciated. We loved sitting by the fire with hot tea every morning and getting in the hot tub every night. As nature lovers, we enjoyed watching the squirrels, deer, and chipmunks. We will definitely be returning guests!

Hickory outlook is absolutely gorgeous. The home is very well kept, as well as the property, everything was very clean and even had a crisp, clean smell. Went to a couple of the restaurants listed as well and they were phenomenal. Emily responded promptly when I had a question and the home was absolutely pristine. We had an amazing stay and will deffinitly book again!!!

We stayed here for our 6th anniversary, and it was great. As some of the other reviews said, there is a nearby house the owners have. It was not a big deal for us and is mostly obscured by trees and fences. We loved the hot tub and the cabin as a whole. The kitchen was well stocked, and we planned ahead and stayed in and cooked all weekend for our meals. We had a really fun time and would recommend it and hope to visit again in the future.

Exactly what I needed to relax and unplug. Love the amenities! Super clean. I definitely enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. Emily and Gabriel are very responsive and went beyond. They also provide snacks/drinks. Truly loved my time there and will be back!

This place was the perfect spot for a relaxing anniversary weekend getaway! Had everything you could possibly need right there. The hot tub and sauna were such a plus and the views were amazing!! Very beautiful surroundings! Great restaurant recommendations! Emily was so attentive to detail and really thought of everything to make it feel just like home! I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s and own one myself and this is by far the best property I’ve stayed in. It’s on a beautiful property in a really great area. The sauna, hot tub, fire pit and other amentities were fantastic. I already want to come back! Great hosts that go above and beyond.

What an amazing space! This”tiny” house provides big relaxation. The house is well appointed with thoughtful amenities and goodies provided by the hosts. The fire pit, hot tub and sauna made our few days there feel like a little spa getaway which was perfect after visiting some local waterfalls and hiking a few fire towers! Emily and Gabriel were very responsive both before and during the stay with helpful recommendations and addressing our questions about the house. Overall- a wonderful experience!
