DESIGN

The land... then the design...

Hickory Outlook was heavily influenced by the surrounding beauty as it was built to emphasize it without taking away from it.

The shed roof was chosen in this custom build to not only protect you from Mother Nature but to elongate your view and be able to take in more of the surroundings. The exterior also features handmade gas lanterns, a large custom outdoor light fixture, and tall windows!

While the lawn out front, which is hand laid Sod creates an outdoor living room feel and accents the custom work of Hickory Outlook.

This tiny house has a bathroom which features a large walk - in shower full of white subway tile and it has champagne bronze fixtures!

This bathroom has it all... A double vanity , light adjustable mirrors, washer/dryer, walk-in shower and also a toilet with a bidet!

LIVING SPACE

An open concept design, subtle colors and high quality fixtures create a cohesive flow throughout Hickory Outlook.

The living area features a king sized Purple mattress, a large smart TV, leather couch, closet and a desk with light adjustable mirrors. Handcrafted floating night stands have wireless charging for your phone, while the custom sconces above the bed add to the atmosphere.

KITCHEN

Equipped with all you need to prepare a home cooked meal or maybe you prefer take out. Either way, the kitchen was integrated to easily be assessed from the living space making it easier to enjoy each others company.

The kitchen features, a full fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, Chemex, wine opener, cookware/plate ware, utensils and more!

BATHROOM

The bathroom is heavily accented with subway tile and neutral colors. Featuring a large walk-in shower with a rain head, wand, and body sprays make this bathroom feel like a spa.

The double vanity with pedestal sinks and light adjustable mirrors add convenience into your morning routine while the toilet with a bidet, heated seat, and heated water is just an add on! There is a washer and dryer with provided detergent if you need to do any laundry.
